Our team of technicians has accumulated decades of combined experience across wood-burning fireplaces, gas inserts, oil-flue systems, and wood-stove installations throughout Essex County. We've sweated through complicated liner retrofits in century-old Boxford colonials, rebuilt crumbling crowns through November nor'easters, and earned the trust of some of this area's most discerning homeowners. That experience shapes the judgment our technicians bring to every inspection camera they drop and every mortar joint they re-point. We don't guess, we diagnose, document, and execute with confidence backed by hands-on knowledge.
Stevens Chimney is fully licensed, carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and provides written estimates and warranties on every engagement. We stay current on NFPA 211 standards, local building codes, and manufacturer specifications so our work always meets or exceeds what inspectors and insurance carriers require. When you invite us into your Boxford home, you're not getting a franchise tech following a laminated checklist, you're getting skilled craftsmen who care about the quality of their work long after the truck has left your driveway. That accountability is the foundation everything else is built on.
